The location of this hotel couldn't be better for exploring the city. It is situated just a couple of minutes away from the main street, which means everything from shops to restaurants and public transport is within a short walk. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were clean, modern, and reasonably priced, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
One downside of staying at this hotel was the noise levels. During the weekends, there are clubs nearby that play loud music until the early hours of the morning, which can be disruptive if you're a light sleeper.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, right in the city centre and surrounded by restaurants, pubs, and nightclubs. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Soner Dursun who spoke excellent English and gave us wonderful recommendations for things to do in this city.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, close to a tram station and Istiklal Street. Despite the reviews mentioning noise from a nearby nightclub, the location makes it convenient for a lively night out. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service during my stay. The rooms are clean, with modern facilities and comfortable beds.
The noise from the nightclub can be a bit disturbing, especially for light sleepers.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks and breakfast offered by the hotel. The location was also a huge plus, as it was close to the main shopping street and the famous Galata Tower. We were able to easily walk to these attractions and the hotel staff was always willing to help us with directions. Lastly, the private car service to the airport was affordable and convenient.
One major downside of our stay was the loud nightclub across the street. Even with earplugs, the music could be heard until 4am which made it difficult to sleep.
